Lou is passionate about helping healthcare entities, physicians, and other medical providers plan and prepare for growth and better patient outcomes, while also achieving their business and financial goals. An award winning, well published, licensed CPA in both New York and Florida, Lou has recently been honored as the Best Accountant in Palm Beach County by the Palm Beach Post and Florida Weekly, and one of the Top Accountants in New York by the Long Island Business News & New York Real Estate Journal. Lou is also a Director of TFG Health Services, a company related to Medicus.

Sandy Paar has a depth and breadth of healthcare sales, marketing and business development experience. He brings to Medicus his expertise with innovative medical manufacturers, relationships with physicians and knowledge of practice management solutions, as well as strategic alliances with global influencers in the healthcare and technology fields.

Dr. Long is an independent fundraiser and business consultant. She is the Founder, President, and CEO of the Cellulite Endermologie® Center, a specialty skincare spa in NYC. Her résumé includes executive management and board positions in healthcare, government, and academia. Dr. Long’s educational background includes a law degree, master’s degree coursework in business administration, and an undergraduate degree in psychology.

Her past and present professional associations include memberships and affiliations with the American Skincare & Cellulite Association, Association of Fundraising Executives, New York City Chamber of Commerce, and the National, American, and New York State Bar Associations. Dr. Long is also the Founder and President of Not-For-Profit Grant Writers and a private law practice in New York City. She also served as Chairperson of a significant New York City mayoral task that changed laws on women’s issues.
